Buyers Beware! My Electrolux Refrigerator Horror Story.
Our Electrolux Refrigerator Nightmare – 8 Months, No Resolution I normally don’t post complaints, but after nearly 8 months of frustration , I feel compelled to share our experience with Electrolux in the hopes of helping others make an informed decision before purchasing their appliances. We ordered our refrigerator directly from Electrolux on 6/28/2024 , but it wasn’t even shipped until 9/25/2024 . When it finally arrived, we were excited—until the water and ice dispensers stopped working not long after they completed installation. This began a long series of service appointments : 🔹 11/08/2024 – First repair tech blamed a stand mixer on top of the fridge (highly unlikely) but temporarily got the dispensers working. 🔹 The next day – The dispensers stopped again. 🔹 Nearly 2 weeks later – Tech returned, diagnosed a wiring issue, "fixed" it, but again, the dispensers failed the very next day—on Christmas Eve , leaving us scrambling for bottled water while hosting famil...
